citibank clear
I just registered for a citibank clear card since I think some of the offer may come in handy.I registered online and they provided me with and ID.However , I need to send in a photocopy of my IC and student card.I went over to the branch in Jurong East instead and the guy say the online method is troublesome.He asked me to filled in the form again.When he saw my student card , he told me my application may be rejected since its a non local uni -_-.Whats up with local and non local as long as I am a tertiary student ?
