woke up with my top jaw pain yesterday.My flu is getting worse and i got a headache last nite.Not sure whats wrong.Hakim asked me to join him to watch madagasca yesterday but i was too lazy , haha.Anyway i already watched a movie the day before , don't want to spend too much.

There was seabiscuit and white chick on preview channel yesterday.I think those movies are ok only , seabiscuit seems abit overated.Received this weird sms by jolene that made me confused.Starting work soon , haha , no more holidays.I need to return my library books before 1st june.So i got to start reading through them.

I used the facial scrub already , found it kinda smooth and gentle.most of the scrubs i used are rough.Its 10:40 now , jolene hasn't replied my sms , i think shes still sleeping lol.That sleepyhead.Practiced some side kicks yesterday.Still as good as ever.I got to stop thinking about taekwondo for awhile and concentrate on my job.Hope attachment faster ends , lol.

Shawnie had food poisoning yesterday and get 3 days mc.Twinkle thus doesn't seem willing to join me and jolene.Guess the outing was cancelled , dissapointment.

i removed my splint and went out with jolene today :P , first time i am going out without splint for the past 3 weeks.my wound hurts abit , don't know whats wrong.The skin's starting to peel off .

Met up with jolene today.Walked around abit , went to catch a movie.The movie is was ok .I think there is too much faking going around.Just an ok movie to me.Some funny parts but there are much more better hilarious movies out there.Abit dissapointed char and jolene think this way of me , .I shouldn't have been late .. ah ... I thought bishan was before amk.Thats the problem when i don't go to these places for a long time.Hard to understand girls.Should have offered my collar shirt to jolene but i think shes gonna reject it anyway.

bought an exofoliating scrub today.It cost only 4 bucks , thats cheap.There wasn't any price tag so i went to ask the cashier.So now i have got an uno face cleanser and nivea face scrub.Uno cleanser is good.I got it for $9.50.It removes most of the impurities.This nivea scrub is just a try to further remove impurities.Really regret buying those cosmetic stuff long ago.Really was a rip off , haha.I remember spending about $160 on everything.Now i can settle for cheap stuff cause i know it produces the same effect.Those expensive stuff are over rated.

saw this cute gal wearing a skirt in the mrt today.whats so interesting about her ? her skirt is so wide and reaches all the way to her feet , haha. like wedding dress.I find it so cute.Then i think some1 left a handphone or something on the mrt seat , no1 wants to touch it , haha.Should have took it to passed it to the control station mrt ppl , oh well ... Better not , later ppl think i am taking it for my personal gain.

listened to a few Rascal Flatts song this morning , i find them great.The one sang by carrie in american idol was nice. "Bless the broken road" , too bad i can't find its mp3 anywhere.

In junction 8 , i find the toilet so interesting. The sign on the wall for male and females , hehe.The pop corn was crap , some are crunchy while some are soft.The soft ones left lots of residues giving me a hard time to swallow.The pop corns that they gave are so much, lol.Wanted to offer to share it with a couple next to me since jolene doesn't want it.However , i thought about it and considered better not.Most likely they are gonna reject . this is singapore man ... People are so not outgoing or should i say conservative ?

watched the perfect world this morning on cinemax.Omg , that show is good.The first movie that brought me to tears.I swear in my 19 years i had never cried once while watching a movie but this one moved me to tears almost towards the end.Tears were streaming down my eyes uncontrollabily .freaky ... lucky i was watching it alone ,so embarassing. Then i watched this hilarious show in the afternoon , lol. Don't know the name .Its about a guy and his reality show and 1 of the contestant falling for his friend in the set when she was suppose to fall for him ,lol.The movie at nite was crap , don't understand what it is about.

Went to the hospital today for rehab.I waited there while chloe attended to her other patients.She commented on how well my hand as recovered .My dressings can be removed already but i still have to keep on my splint till next week.I told her jokingly if i am going out i can't hold my gf's hand already .I guessed she was abit amused by my question.She said what if my gf squeeze my hand too hard ,lol.She insisted that i keep it on in case i knocked into something or the passerbys." your gf could still hold your fingers " -_-.

When i was leaving , i saw this tall girl around my age with a walking stick.I heard her talking to this lady and it seems that she was playing some games when she suddenly heard this 'clak' sound and she can't moved her back at all.Glad she is at least able to walk now , lol.There was also this lady accompanied by her husband. 1 of her legs can't really move and she too needs the help of a walking stick.There were some people behind me gossiping " I think its permernant" while looking at her.So mean .. I am glad only my right hand is injured and its recovering well.I miss work and all my friends there and glad i am returning soon :P

Tomorrow i am meeting jolene twinkle and shawnie.Crap , i got a new pimple today , i don't feel like going out tomorrow :( .I think i am gonna tell them to change the venue to junction 8 .AMK is boring .Wonder what we are doing tomorrow ... pool is abit inconvinient because jolene is underage and i have an injured right hand.KTV i would love it but jolene doesn't seem to like it.

Trained my kicks abit yesterday.I find my moves slow and my stamina dropping.A few kicks and i am already panting.Without taekwondo training , i fall sick so easily. Like the recent flu i caught.I miss training , i miss my friends in np tkd.I feel like going for cam p next week ... we shall see how

I am down with flu , cough and sore throat , *sniff* *sniff*. Can't really sleep last night , keep waking up to blow my nose , lol.Lucky i am still on mc , get to rest at home.My right hand is still the same.The rash are gone , i have removed the previous dressing cause it sux.Drops off after a few days.Tomorrow is theraphy session , and then it is the weekends again , lol.

Today is the Finals of american idol. omg , carrie won , i can't believe it.I was expecting Bo Bice to win.However , i feel the finals was really great.Lots of recaps and they even invited the idol's idol to perform with them.BoBice and carrie both get a car each and carrie is gonna get her own personal jet for a flight home , omg ... I wanna join american idol too :P

I can't wait to get back to work next week.Been away for so long , don't know what to write for my logbook.Can i get use to working life again ?There is this moth on my wall.Been there since last nite , weird.Never even moved a bit.

Chatted up with jolene on the phone yesterday.Miss her voice so much , haha.This saturday i am gonna meet shawnie twinkle and my dear jolene.Too bad her friend charmaine can't make it.I don't wanna wear my splint out :(.

hmm , bought a packet of feeders yesterday :P i enjoy keeping those fish , haha.Meant to be food for other fishes but ended up as my pet fishes.I find them so active.Everytime i go near my tank , they would come swimming towards me for food.Removed my terrapin from the main tank yesterday .I suspect it is sick or something as it wasn't eating.It started eating today :P oh yea ~

Watching HBO on the preview channel was cool yesterday , there were a whole bunch of cool movies like babe , swat , matchstick men , what a girl wants. watch non stop for the whole afternoon.I enjoyed matchstick men greatly about this con men getting conned by his own partner in the end.Didn't expect his "daughter" to be part of the scam too.Totally enjoyed the twist , caught me unaware.I may consider subscribing for it.Animax today is kinda boring , zzz.I miss hbo and star movies.oh yea , there was xmen 2 and wind talker on star movies the day.HBO and starmovies rule !!!

There was this article on taekwondo on newpaper yesterday.STF stated that taekwondo is safe and wants to promote it to everyone ... If its safe , what is my right hand fractured and in a splint now ? lol , my friends all injured after the IVP.taekwondo is controlled fighting but people still get hurt to a certain extend.There was also this news on taekwondo in HK today on channel newsasia.woo , that instructor's backthrust is so nice.I find that i can't stop thinking of taekwondo despite my injury.I wish to train up and spar again.I hope i have the chance to do so in the future.

the doc extended my hospitalisation leave by 2 more weeks , what the hell ..I speak to mr chen regarding this , i will most likely be going back to work next week , i already missed 2 weeks of work :(.still waiting for jasbir's reply.The removal of thread yesterday was nothing .I thought it was gonna be pain , haha , don't know which nurse bluffed me.The scar looks gross and its long :( hope it gets well soon.Basically i am able to do most of my stuff except i can't carry heavy things.There was this cute nurse there yesterday that treat me like a small kid when removing the thread , hehehe.The doc can't give me a docter's letter yet , need to wait till my fracture has healed , hehe.

2 weeks away from work .. i wonder hows everything there , haha.My vb project for hua soon still haven;t finished , die .Will be going over to submit my mcs and chat with my supervisor tomorrow.I hate mcs and hospitalisation leaves.

yea ~~ tomorrow i am going to work again :P miss work , hehe.Studied c programming again today , zzz.I am still having problems with friendster and the problem seems to be getting worse.Now i can't even access friendster , haha.Maybe i should just forget it.

Dear's getting back most of her paper today :P , wishing her all the best while i go remove my stitching today.I heard its gonna hurt .. sucks.Lots of problems with the hospital bill , they keep saying they are gonna send it over but it didn't turn up.How is my mum gonna claim this way ? lol .

My orange betta pass away today , although it seems kinda sad , but it has been suffering for the past few days.not moving much , gasping for air every now and then.Its time to go ... bye bye 15 bucks. :P .Feel like getting more fishes for my tank , looks kinda empty now.Platies population so little compared to the goldfish.

watched divergence with daniel the other day.It was ok ... but i still find the storyline sucky , wahahaha.how could the lawyer end up being the real killer ? why did the killer kill himself and the agent in the end and never end up getting arrested by the police ? why is aaron kwok so lame as to getting involved in every scene of the movie and escapes with it ? haha.Looking forward to fantastic 4 and initial D

.Anyway , went over to library and got some books with daniel.c programming , vb , sql .I wanted to borrow a c programming reference book but my loan quota has reached.sucks to carry my books back 1 handed and the injured hand supporting.Somemore my right hand is the 1 that is injured.i dropped all my books on the way back , hehe , gotta picked them up again.

Reached home and found my fishtank shifted near the window.I hope they can survive with all the sun shinning in.My orange betta looks dull these few days lying in the bottom , could it be the sunlight ?

My monitor is being send for repairs again , crappy monitor , always producing those stupid high frequency noises.I am not gonna buy lg monitors again.

Went for theraphy today.My session was supposed to be at 9 today , she came at 9:30 ? ...Chloe is so cute and friendly.Glad to have her as my therapist.My pinkie still can't really get straighten up , chloe told me its mainly because of the screws and pins they place inside my hand.They did some change of dressing and they added in a wrist cloth or something , to absorb the sweat building up under my splint.Saw this china guy next to me , his finger was really in a bad state.The whole joint is like pointing upwards .. sucks to be him.Lucky chloe said mine is in good shape and alignment and complimenting the medical team for doing a great job.My bill was 47 bucks , haha , thanks to the goverment subsidy , it was reduced to $8 . Lucky all could be claim by my insurance.Saw this kid accompanied by his dad on my way outta rehab , he was walking adnormally , poor thing , so young only.

It has been a week since i miss work.I miss work and np tkd ~Had a dream that i was training in np tkd yesterday , how i miss the training sessions.The urge to spar is coming back these days.Pity i am gonna miss the nationals and my grading this sem.Called my dear jolene cause she was bored waiting for her friend just now.so sad the present wasn't for me :(

1 week mc ... and the doc extended it yesterday to 1 week + .sucks to stay home and rot knowing the amount of work piling up at work , haha. i could type using both hands now , great .still some slight pain from my right hand.I am beggining to feel tkd and sparring drifting further away from me.I don't know what is tkd anymore , i dunnoe how to spar anymore.since the dissapointing performance at ivp competition this year and the injury that resulted from it , maybe its time to quit. 1 more tip till my brown belt.Managed to master my backthrust and 360 already :p . khew wai asked me to go booth this friday , haha.Maybe he wants me to scare off the people registering there.peng yin's blog is finally updated after a long period of absence.I am so bored at home.Yesterday was a waste of time going there to just change my dressing and wasting my whole morning there.The most fruitful thing i did yesterday was chatting with my dear jolene , hehe.she reminded me yesterday was our 1 week together.Always love and treasure you sweetie jolene , muack.

Although i don't really know you well , i have been a loyal fan of your blog and had been reading it for a long time.When i run through ur entries , i realised that i had been reading it for a long long time , since the start of your blog ? We don't know each other in person and i happened to stumbled upon ur blog link when it was in 1 of the channel topics a long time back.I started visiting it since then.Been following your life experience and your relationships.Didn't expected you to do something like that.Didn't know of your departure last saturday till read the topic in kiaaat forum.That explained why you hadn't been updating it.I will really miss you and your blogging.Since you choose to leave the world this way , i guess its your choice and wish you all the best in your other life.I happen to feel a sense of a loss although i don't really know you well.You will always be remembered by me.

just had my surgery yesterday.Typing with my left hand now. my fingers are still numb , is it the side effect ? the operation was quite fast , before i knew it i was out from the operation threatre already.the last sentence i heard was "ernest you are falling asleep" , zzz. my ward sucks, there was this guy talking to himself the whole nite , no tv , no air con , no phone.the nurses keep waking me up at nite to take my temperature and the food sucks.lol. It is sad moments like this that i think of jolene :P are u reading this ? hehe.miss you so much.1 week mc and my hand held by a splint , hope it recovers faster.Don't want it affectingmy fyp.
