IDP Singapore
I went over to IDP singapore to make my application to adelaide university today.Mr Andrew Leong wasn't around and I was entertained by this attitude guy at the counter. I told him I was looking for andrew leong , and he said "what ? andrew leong or audrey tong , we have 2 counsellors here" nvm , I repeated to him.Then he told me andrew leong was not around.I told him I made I told andrew that I was going over today and he was expecting my arrival.This counter guy have the cheek to ask me "He not there then HOW to help you ?" I suaned him back telling him , "do you need me to print out the email and show it to you ? "
Later I made a request to see another counsellor.This lady was quite confused between Ngee Ann kongsi awarding diplomas (which they do not) and degrees , lol.She claimed she had helped SIM RMIT students transfer over to RMIT australia before but they require them to submit a new application with their results.I passed her all my related and supporting documents to photocopy .She told me mine is a straight forward case so I will most likely get a place since I am considered a student there already.Now to settle my accomodations.
Practical 5 is almost completed.I realised I have misused exceptions validation.We don't make an exception and catch it ourselves :) Roland sent me his java guide and gave me some tips on using the message prompt instead.Jian hui gave me tips on enhancement and steve explained to me about the concept of doing an array of JButtons.So many helpful friends to whom I am grateful too.I am really learning so much compared to my poly days.
